Alexander Technique

The Alexander Technique teaches you to free the body and the mind from muscular habits that create tension and stress. These unconscious patterns of strain can cause discomfort, pain and injury. They interfere with the performance of simple daily activities such as sitting at a computer, playing a musical instrument, carrying a child, or participating in a favorite sport.

The Alexander Technique helps you use the appropriate amount of effort for each activity, giving you more energy for all your activities.

Through the hands-on guidance of a teacher, you will learn how to identify and stop destructive patterns of behavior that interfere with how you move, learn and respond to your environment, achieving a new sense of poise and freedom.
